Did a good job on my suit but forgot to add a scrunch butt. However, I was charged for it. It took two emails for her to reply and she stated to send them back and she would fix them. When I emailed her back for her address and asked if she was going to pay for the shipping, no response. Have emailed her back several times and she will not reply. Very bad customer service.
